How does it work?

  1. If there is an issue in your environment or if you suspect that the software is not working properly, just click TechSupport and upload the complete state of your system to our Tech Support team.
  2. Our tech support team can mirror your environment in our virtual support environment and starts to analyze right away. No more long sessions on the phone or over the web. In over 90% of cases we can identify the issue without any further interaction.
  3. Since we have the simulated environment we can also provide the solution much faster than conventional support teams, in most cases in under 24 hours. Using TBD's packaging mechanism fixes or configurations can be deployed using the built-in web interface and your are back up and running in no time.
